• Development of Sketches at site & collect necessary information of tie inn points.

• Prepare Material take off (MTO) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for Piping & Pipeline.

• Preparation of Pipeline Alignment sheets, Riser Details and pipeline standard drawings.

• Reviewing the engineering / design changes & resolving quality related problems associated with Layout & design.

• Coordinating with other Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation etc. for successful completion of projects.

• Modify drawings as per comments and submit to consultant for approval.

• Piping mark-ups on P&ID’s

• Conduct and attend 3D model review with client at various stages of the project.

• Review of 3D model from following point of view

Clash detection, safety and integrity requirements, operation & maintenance

Requirements, good engineering practices and clients comments / requirements.

• Piping modifications & design jobs in the refinery.

• Handled Turnaround activities (TA 2007, 2009, 2011) in refinery.

• Reviewed of piping work in progress on continuing basis.

• Cost estimates, material take off lists & scope of works, contractor’s work cost estimation

• Interface and provide clarifications, guidance and technical support to construction and Commissioning teams as required
