PROJECT DESCRIPTION HR Portal is a web based application which provides a portal with HR related functionalities for employees and Cell Center Representatives. Employees use this internet based application in order to participate in HR activities during his/her tenure with the company.

The application provides content display primarily from Authoria which is an external content management system. It integrates with HR Portal server for HR transactions through SSO (single Sign On) and also integrates with external vendors for fetching various resources with/without SSO. It also provides access to CSR through a separate application in order to provide support services.

The HR Portal was ported to the mobile platform for which a complete new User Interface was developed from scratch using Mobile Dojo(Dojo 1.8).

The application runs on Websphere Application Server.

The portal is being used by 65,000 employees of Air Canada worldwide.

In the project the entire HRMS Portal of Air Canada was changed to a new portal including features of Chat, Checklist, Message Broadcast,Alert System. The application supports multiple locales. The application was integrated with PeopleSoft Tool which provided the transactions.

The application runs on Websphere Application Server as well as Websphere Process server and provides wide variety of support for Annuity Services as well as Project Based Services in compliance with IBM business control.

CFPH is a transition project from IBM France to IBM India. The development environment is the Rational Application Development(6.0).CFPH project is related to the finance domain. It tracks the various contracts that the external clients make with IBM and the time duration of these contracts. The scope of the project is entire Europe, Middle East Asia, Africa and emerging countries like India, Tunisia and Morocco.
