Profile

An experienced business manager and HR professional, used to working in a fast paced environment, working closely with senior teams to support the delivery of business strategies and targets. With a broad range of interpersonal skills, equally happy working either leading, part of a team, or individually,  as necessary to achieve the goals of the organisation. Business Manager, March 2012 – May 2015, covering 17 schools

A member of the Management Board with responsibility for the development, planning, delivery and monitoring of collaborative support services to the Learning Community including offering support for the development of a comprehensive administrative service within individual schools, to include Finance, Procurement of services, Project management, health and safety, technology, environmental impact and personnel services.

Full delivery of business support services to SLT/headteachers, budget management, skills audits of support staff
