Project: Metro Station Ain-Naadja1(Algiers Metro project);122 m long /5floors , 180 workers , responsibility and assigned tasks as follows:

 Follow the engineering procedures of the project and assuring the logistics and managing the personnel and assuring the good progress of the project.

 Establishing, monitoring and updating of the planning.

 Monitoring and control of the work of subcontractors.

 Carry out work in accordance with project Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality systems.

 Participate and organize meetings with the different project participants.

 Acceptance inspection of work in accordance with specifications.

 Establishing periodic reports : work progress, schedules, consumption …

• From December 2010 to April 2012
A/QC Engineer: Oil & Gas Project: ‘SARPI’ (ABB & SONATRACH).

Project: Flare Gas Recovery and Re-Instrumentation of Production Centers in the HAOD BERKAOUI Field: Including: control building, electrical local building and transformer rooms, compressor shelter and pipe rack (metal frame), massive for compressors and separators assigned tasks as follows:

 Ensure that the quality control plan is respected and followed, verification of the certificates and the drawings according the standards.

 Installation and operational testing conform to functional specifications and customer requirements.

 Plan and coordinate quality control activities to explain to workers the importance of following national/international quality norms/rule/regulations.

 Participate at the concrete pouring and assure that is properly placed in accordance with procedure.

 Review and approve documentation reports, contractor audits and other official reports to keep as final records.

 Inspecting sites and supervising works of quality service providers and inspectors.

 Preparation of the protocols of acceptance, procedures and other Quality documents (PCQ, NRC….)

• From September 2007 to July 2010:
Site Engineer QA/QC:
Japanese Consortium for Algerian East-West Highway (COJAAL ‘TAISEI CORPORATION) .Supervise subcontractor “MAK-YOL” Turkish company to achieve the superstructure (bridge, underpasses, overpasses and culverts) “TREEVI’ Italian company for the construction of infrastructure (piles).

 Month training in laboratory for all test of concrete and soil (grading, flattening, ES, VB, yield stress and plastic, Proctor, BCR, Los Angeles, crushing tests …. etc.)

 Monitoring and supervising of civil works (excavation, backfill, substitution, reinforcement, formwork, concreting …) according to the specifications, schedules and drawings.

 Preparation of reports and daily work planning and detailed civil works schedule (advancement, equipment, materials …)

 Good knowledge of the preload structures(tensioning, grouting, sealing …)

 Responsible for a concrete batching-plant (quality of concrete and aggregates) (KYC automatic wet type), “TAISEI CORPORATION Cojaal-3 ‘.
