Trainee Engineer

• Pakistan first non-polyester fiber plant wet spinning operation located Nawab Shah work as Trainee Engineer in erection commissioning and operation of 10.000 MT/A Viscous Fiber Staple Fiber Plant. POLYMEIZATION PROCESS DURING THE MAKING OF VISCOUS BATCH CONTROL AND LOOK AFTER THE POLYMERIZATION PARAMETERS

• Manage the shift and look after plant.

• DCS setting my responsibility check from physical lab and set the RPM of metering pump on DCS according current alpha cellulose value.

• TO ANALYSIS of chemical composition

• Maintenance of all equipments Dryer, washing process, water circulation, cutting machines, spinning machines, conveyors, belling machine, transportation fans, fluid transportation PVC, G-I and pumps.

• Work with utility department water treatment, effluent plant, reverse osmosis and prepare soft water, D.I. water and communicate with viscos batch making unit and CS2 unit.

• To make conclusions about the nature, quality and stability of the chemical component.

• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of given samples to deduce the chemical composition, nature and reactive tendencies of the given components

Prepare all necessary solutions, reagents, chemicals and calibration and confirm the standards

Now working at  Universal Wax, located in  Karachi
As Shift Engineer –  production 2 tons wax /day. .operation from crude oil
