The Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council was created in 2007 and is the government funded agency responsible to initiate, drive and support Abu Dhabi’s urban development strategy.
The ADUPC has implemented the Oracle EBS R12 as an OLTP for Human Resource and Finance Department. The BI system would fetch the data from Oracle EBS and provide out of the box analytics solutions for “Human Resource – Workforce Profile and Learning Enrollment and Completion” and ”Finance – General Ledger and Payables” modules. Additionally the customized reports and dashboards for the mentioned modules would be developed which are not available out of the box. The system also contains some real time transaction reports built in BI Publisher integrated with BI analytics. The system is integrated with LDAP and appropriate user groups are created to ensure the specific set of reports and dashboards are available to the appropriate users only.

As Technical Architect/Analyst, I led team of 6 members and was involved in following activities:

b) Customer Knowledge and Relationship Management (CKRM) is the worldwide CRM data warehouse initiative of the Imaging and Printing Group (IPG) at HP. This CRM data warehouse, known as CKMDW, serves as the repository of customer related data for a 360° view of customer profile information, product registration information, sales transaction information and click-through data from campaigns. CKMDW maintains current and historical data with the objective of providing customer business intelligence and knowledge management services to HP management and partners.
Responsibilities
As a Development Lead, I was involved in following activities:
• Impact analysis of enhancements, bug fixes in CRM application.
• Writing database scripts in Oracle PL/SQL for data correction which might have gone bad due to a bug in iCare application or have flown to iCare DB through iCare interfaces.

Project Description – MFE Tool
The Mainframe Emulator Tool (MEF) validates the technical account bookings done in SICS software developed in Mainframe environment. Project Description – Plant Performance Management System
PPMS is a browser based online application, aimed at the Coca-Cola India employees at their bottling plants, spread throughout the country.
