This CRM data warehouse, known as CKMDW, serves as the repository of customer related data for a 360° view of customer profile information, product registration information, sales transaction information and click-through data from campaigns. CKMDW maintains current and historical data with the objective of providing customer business intelligence and knowledge management services to HP management and partners.

Responsibilities

As a Development Lead, I was involved in following activities:

• Impact analysis of enhancements, bug fixes in CRM application.
