EQUIPMENT WORKED : : On FPSO Commissioning of two process modules and one water injection module , consisting of pumps, heat exchangers, well equalising pumps, N2 generating compressors, etc. The water injection module mainly consist of filtration systems, sulphate reduction system, the de-aeration and pumping system with Gas Turbine ( Alstom,Tornado make) and Fuel Gas package. The job involved preventive and breakdown maintenance of all the associated machineries for the operation of the plant. The job also involved maintenance of all Rotary & Static Equipment like Fuel gas Compressor, Gas Turbine Generator, Fire Water Pump, Potable Water Maker Pump, LP Flare Pump, HP Flare Pump, Glycol Circulation Pump, Glycol Transfer Pump, Close Drain Pump, Fire Water Caisson Pump, Methanol Injection Package, Air Fin Cooler, Deluge System, Corrosion Inhibitor Package, Hypochlorite Package Water Maker Sterilizer and Diesel Transfer Pump.
