In line with the organizations business transformation model and process re-engineering, my core responsibilities include:

• Ensure the project runs in line with project phases as per dictates of the project methodology within the West Africa Area.

• Ensure work packages are delivered in line within deadlines and to quality.

• Support the West Africa Area Lead with project deliverables.

Project Planner, Process Research / Re-engineering, infrastructure utilities.

In view of cost reduction and efficient resource utilization, the process research / re-engineering was initiated. It required the creating a general resource pool and re-distribution around various locations in the UK. My role include;

Excel Exploration and Production Company (OML 46)

Project Coordinator / Support Officer, Eremor Re-entry

OML 46 is shallow offshore of about 3.5meters deep located in the Brass area of Bayelsa and the well re-entry was conducted to test crude and reservoir properties in preparation for production. I became very actively involved from the inception of that project till the close of it. I became involved from the stage of EIA, monitoring and observing data gathering collection analysis and reporting. I was also an active member of coordination team that prepared the well slot (dredging). I became the lead project logistics coordinator in Warri. Logistics lead in Warri, Delta State.

 Supervised the mobilization and demobilization of material to and offsite Monitor and ensure the selection of required contractors.

 Generate and submit daily materials report.

 Liaised with communities and contractors.

 Monitor and ensure quality assurance

 Ensured adequate logistics support (including from managing a fleet of barges and tug boats)

 Conducted tender analysis and ensure contract execution was done to required standards.
