Planning, Organizing, and Acting as the Company Representative pertaining to project documentation:

Anticipating and providing for Company’s needs to access information and general coordination with daily project activities. Coordinating the transmission of submittals; post award and during the active project. Acting as a liaison between Company and: Customers, Subcontractors, Architects, Owner, and General Contractors on the project.

Maintaining and Monitoring Records Cleans up project records:

Ensuring as-builts are provided and filed; collecting Subcontractor O&M manuals; prepares Company’s Job Specific O&M manuals, accepted submittals, testing requirements, all related project material, and collects all compliance documents for closeout. Maintaining a log on submittals, Requests for Information (RFI), and Potential Change Orders (PCO)/Directives to verify timely architectural/engineering response.

• RCC Framed structure having Flat slabs and Raft foundation.

• Interior features with Gypsum board false ceiling, Fire rated wooden Doors, Flooring-Ceramic tiles and granite.

• Including other services like Firefighting, Ducted split units for ventilation and Staircase pressurization, Floor mounted water heaters and 2 Lifts (capacity = 8 passengers).

Responsibilities:

• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements

• Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows  and preliminary schedules

• Conducting Geographic Survey of Station area, including ROW, Entry Exit points and marking the same on ground.
