Ensure that HSE management system conforms to international regulations, standards, company policies, core values and legal, business and client requirements are enforced. Generate annual HSE goals, Initiatives, training plan and HSE tracking system based on the previous year HSE performance. Execute gap safety analyses and HSE assessments for activities at organizational unit level the scope of the assessment covers appraisal of operation and provides sufficient information to assess general standards.
