– Coordinate of the proposed design changes of landscaping, un-typical apartments and VIP building with the project architect and MEP design engineer for their review.

– Coordinate and supervise the design implementation on site of execution plans of landscaping, typical and un-typical apartments and VIP building.

– Monitor and report progress of work, including site supervision and preparation of progress report.

– Review shop drawings, materials submittals and design queries.

– Coordinate meetings with different parties and prepare Minutes of Meeting.

– Review BOQ and Variation Orders.

– Participate with the relevant designers in final inspections and approval as required on behalf of the project owner.

– Provide support to project manager.

– Ensure that project is delivered on schedule and within budget.

– Prepare technical documents for each un-typical apartment including relevant drawings and specifications, interior design guidelines, procedures for cost evaluation of proposed changes and guidelines for implementation of buyer originated design changes. – Work with owner’s sales team and prospective buyers as required to explain buyer’s options for revising the interior design of specific apartments.

– Manage design revisions and issue relevant variation orders to Interior Finishes Contractor for each un-typical apartment. Direct and coordinate field team in the review of proposed Variation Orders.
