• Experience in various gas turbine and associated with all kind of machinery equipment including expertise in vibration analysis boiler furnace assembly, erection F/D fan alignment and co-ordinate with refractory work contract. Pipe fabrication (spooling) pipe support fabrication erection and all further activities related to piping/supporting. To supervise and participate in preventive corrective and troubleshooting maintenance rotating equipment in the assigned area of the plant. • Monitor mechanical activities and ensure adequate contractor resources to optimum progress of the work in the mechanical discipline. All construction and pre-commissioning activities are suitably documented to provide a smooth hand over to the site commissioning team. Liaise with other discipline construction supervisors on a continuous basis to ensure smooth execution of the construction activities and closely with the site commissioning team to ensure that any mechanical rectification required during the pre-commissioning and commissioning phase is promptly attended to review and comment on the contractor planning related to mechanical activities. Responsible for all construction activities related to rotating equipment work at site and fully conversant with the project objective, contract quality requirement schedule and interface. To supervise/manage the installation of rotating equipment works in accordance with the quality and schedule requirement closely with the senior Mechanical Engineers on all and aspects of design and installation of mechanical work. To participate in checking detailed engineering drawing documentation and organize the rotating equipment work site supervision team in line with site requirement.
• Manage direct rotating Equipment discipline site personnel and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with approved standard procedure and contract specification. To coordinate with EPC construction contractor all site working procedure safety and security environment related to rotating equipment work and all site control procedure for progress reporting hour, site supervision, weekly meeting, planning related to rotating equipment.
• Attend weekly construction meeting and approve weekly progress reports and minutes of meeting to rotating statics package equipment work and highlight critical area of progress or delay and action and proactive measure are taken to any shortcoming reports to the lead construction superintendent (Mechanical) and representative on main issues and events at site, progress reporting and recommended for improvement pertaining to rotating statics and package equipment works. To arrange meeting as necessary with any party concerned to resolve critical issues that affect safety, quality, progress/schedule and cost valid progress report invoice claimed by EPC contractor relating to rotating equipment statics and package work co-ordinate with commissioning coordinator and QA/QC section on consolidated schedule for construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and interface activities to achieve mechanical completion and 72 hour performance testing and assist in commissioning and start up of plant. To supervise and raise punch list and ensure their clearance by contractor to close punch list and maintain on record.
• Responsible for monitoring and supervising repair work for regenerated heater and steel stack during plant shut down. Responsible for monitoring and supervising vessel internal repair work during plant shut down Re-facing and machining and injection work for flange face of the equipment during plant shut down. Site supervision inspection and monitoring for the assembly and installation of mechanical plant process equipment such as vessels and column including internal trays heat exchanger Air-fin cooler equipment structure and package equipment.
