Liddle Doors Produce security products to LPCB standard on 4 different levels. I began working for them in 2011 when pensher skytech liquidated; The role is exactly the same as when I was at my previous employer. The role consists of the installation of security products produced and manufacturing in house then delivered and installed to the customers recommendation or specification. Liddle Doors Produce doors to LPCB level 1-4, Barsetts and Window Grills, Steel Kiosks and graded bottle racks. A lot of the work is produced for the water boards in the UK. They also install security roller shutters to commercial and industrial properties throughout the UK.

My role consists of installing theses various products to the customer’s specifications from delivering the product to the individual, surveying the environment and the placement of the product and the finishing off and making good.

2005-2011 : Pensher Skytech

My role at Pensher Skytech started as a installation engineers mate in 2005

Helping to install and service existing security doors and windows for the company on a series of sites up and down the UK. After two years I then progressed to installation engineer. At Pensher Skytech all the products fitted are manufactured by themselves which as part of my work detail involves spending a short amount of time in the factory assembling the finished job before being installed on site. This procedure can be anything from installing magnetic locks, strike locks and some automatic closer detail.

I have also been to the Netherlands on a research and development assignment to a test facility. We as a company produced a stainless steel door set for fire resistance hoping to last 40 Minutes for a qualification recognized in the European Union.

At M & W my role was shop floor supervisor, this role consisted of looking after a work force of 8 men producing a quality finish to various steel, aluminium and galvanized products. These products were roller shutters for the industrial and commercial markets.

We also coated steel door sets for local companies.
