- Parenteral and Enteral Nutiriton Group post-graduate module (achieved 2019)
Skills:
- Extensive eperience working with inpatients in a variety of settings including intensive care, medical wards, surgical wards and renal.
- Experience working with a variety of outpatient groups including weight management, bariatric surgery, coeliac disease, IBS and nutritional support.

Specialist Acute Dietitian: April 2020 - present
Working within an acute hospital in NHS Fife, treating patients with Coronavirus who are experiencing complex nutritional issues as a result. This involves providing nutritional support advice, enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition to patients depending on their needs.
Diabetes Prevention and Bariatric Surgery Dietitian: September 2019 to April 2020
Worked providing group education to patients awaiting bariatric surgery and also to patients with Gestational Diabetes. One on one consultations with diabetes patients to help them to improve their health and achieve their goals was also a huge part of my role.
Stroke Dietitian: March 2017 - September 2019
Provided a service to the stroke ward of a busy acute hospital. Safe provision of texture modified diets, thickened fluids and enteral nutrition was key in this role. Attending Multidisciplinary Team Meetings and education of ward staff also featured highly.
