I am a dedicated humanitarian who is seeking to continue a career in the international development field. I have a long experience in the areas of childhood and education.
I am a positive leader with strong managerial capacities.
I have successfully developed and implemented several advisory, community engagement and educational programmes for children and youth from different background. I have also founded, launched and implemented volunteering initiatives and missions to encourage volunteering and social responsibility.
I have a good experience in working with refugees and IDPs.

- I have acquainted myself with a range of skills and knowledge in the areas of child and youth development, skills and capacity building, education policies and management, education in emergencies, ethics in working with children, project management, strategic planning, fundraising and donor relations, coordination, advocacy, emergency response and monitoring and evaluation.
- I a strong experience in managing UNICEF Lebanon Education and Youth Programmes in the field within the Syrian Crisis, where I managed the implementation of programmes with over 30 million USD for four years.
- I also lead Education, Extracurricular and Advisory Programmes in 3 Lebanese schools, leading a team of 8 people as, first as Head of Programmes and later as an Executive Director.
- I have strong analytical and research skills and I completed an MSc in Children, Youth and International Development graded distinction with a high distinction thesis at Birkbeck University of London.
