Face to Face Fundraising Coach (November 2013-Ongoing)

Brief Outline of Duties and Responsibilities:

– Setting up, implementing and project managing the charity’s Face to Face fundraising team in order to generate voluntary income and sign up regular donors.

– Recruiting and training new starters.

– Day to day management and coaching of up to 20 fundraising staff, including 4-5 team leaders.

– Contributing to the Face to Face strategic planning.

– Responding in a timely fashion to negative feedback from PFRA Mystery Shopping and Site Reports.

– Handling complaints, enquiries and requests for information from members of the general public.
