We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join a growing events business.

RON 22,000 p/m

The Role

Manage junior personnel and develop the team
Oversee design development testing and performance
Manage the company communication strategy
Gain customer insights
Deliver new initiatives
Lead various marketing activities include, sponsorships, direct marketing, webinars and more
Analyse competition and data

Requirements

Marketing/ Communication related degree
MBA/Post grad qualification is an advantage
Experience of written communications + formal verbal communications, presentations
Has designed and conducted primary research
Has performed Market and Business Analysis
Fluency in written and spoken English and local language
Experience of using Project Planning tools and theory
Strong decision maker
Budget planning
Negotiation skills
