Duties & Responsibilities:
Carry out store operational requirements
Maintain staff training, recruiting and moral
Attain financial targets set by senior management
Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role (4+ years)
A formal qualification e.g. Business Administration is preferred
Knowledge of organic products is desirable
Customer service orientated
