Pay and Benefits
- £27000-£30000 per year

Requirements
- Experienced in maintenance
- Electrical wiring and basic plumbing knowledge
- Metal fabrication and woodwork experience
- Full UK driving license (Cat B)
In addition:
- Time served mechanical apprenticeship or similar
- CE or BE license would be beneficial
- A gas safe certificate would be desirable
