Global Skills Shortages Continue

Another leading authority has now endorsed what Skills provision has been say for the last 18 months the international skills shortage is set to accelerate as more areas recover from recession.

This article  based on a PwC report adds little new to the debate on a known problem but the source is authoritative and therefore helpful.

Why stakeholders do not put more pressure on boards of directors in terms of  effective talent management is beyond me as it should be a key performance indicator in terms of both keeping key talent but also planning ahead for the effective recruitment of talent for the future.

As an international recruitment agency we are at the cutting edge and act as a barometer bringing these messages to the market place.

Don’t shoot the messenger – listen to the words and act.
