Salary
• £22,000-£24,000 per year
• Share of tips

Requirements
• Experience working in a high-end kitchen (2 Rosettes or more)
• Someone who wants to progress in their career
• Valid driving license owing to the location of the hotel
• Interest in kitchen gardens, including this in your repertoire
