Visa Sponsorship, Sous Chef Required in the UK

Skills Provision is currently searching for a Sous Chef to join a historic Cotswold pub in Oxfordshire.

Offering a delicious food menu and cosy feel, this country pub is looking for someone with passion to join them.

The employing pub is open to sponsoring a Visa for the right candidate.

Salary

£34,000-£36,000 per annum

The Role

• To assist supervision of the entire kitchen team and lead when the Head Chef is not present
• To produce menus and order products
• Observe and learn new recipes
• Train and observe less experienced team members
• Perform any other duties as designated by the Head Chef or Director to maintain a professional, efficient and high-quality service to customers;

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role (2-3 years minimum)
• Good knowledge of kitchen procedures and equipment
• Quality orientated approach to food
• Ability to pass IELTS 4.0 if applying from outside the UK
