We are now seeking a Key Account Manager for an organisation who is well respected in the technology integration sector.

The position is based in Lemington Spa, UK and involves responsibility for the overseeing of CEIT sales and account management.

* Candidates must hold European Union citizenship



  • £70,000 – £100,000 p.a.



Overall responsibilities:

  • Business Development responsibilities encompassing identifying and developing new business relationships and working with appropriate personnel to maximise opportunities
  • Overseeing the management of existing key accounts by fostering relationships, continually updating clients on new products and maintaining awareness of market competition

More detailed responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Maintaining customer relationships to the satisfaction of all parties concerned
  • Identifying and carrying out an in-depth analysis of new business opportunities
  • Liaise with all parties in the preparation of proposals to new clients
  • Conduct weekly reviews with all appropriate managers/teams
  • Ensure proper execution and monitoring of each stage of the sales process to maintain the optimum performance
  • Maintain daily documentation of sales activities in corporate CRM
  • Create and maintain Key Account Planning Document
  • Ensure a minimum of 95% adherence to forecasts
  • Maintain 360 business review at all times


Candidate Competencies/Experience

For Key Account Manager ( CEIT Sales) should include:

  • A comprehensive understanding of IT programme delivery
  • Experience in selling MES, SAP, etc.
  • Able to demonstrate business acumen and negotiation skills – having executed multi-million dollar deals
  • Have an appreciation for the need to take necessary action to achieve goals and foster this in others
  • Be proactive in promoting business operations in global markets
