Salary and Benefits

Role and Responsibilities

The overall responsibility of the Office Manager is to run the office of approximately 24 staff.

Other duties include and are not limited to:

  • PA to CEO and CFO
  • Making appointments for CEO and CFO
  • Travel arrangements
  • General administrative work
  • Taking calls
  • Minute taking in meetings
  • Ordering of office supplies
  • Word processing and data management
  • Maintaining staff records e.g. sickness

*Please note this position may sometimes require socialising outside of office hours.


Candidate Requirements

  • Previous office management experience
  • Speaking and written English
  • Understand the Russian Language
  • Excellent Word and Office application skills
  • Dedicated and organised
