Skills Provision is searching for an Administration Manager to support the Executive Management Team for a company located in South Africa.

The employing company is a leading mining corporation within South Africa

The Role

Assist office staff in maintaining files and databases, preparing reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals, and correspondences. Assign jobs and duties to office staff as needed. Monitor office operations, schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper-level staff.

 

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Highly organised and flexible
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Maintain staff confidentiality
  • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets, and presentation software
  • 2 years or more related experience
  • Degree preferred but not essential
