Skills Provision is pleased to offer another position for a prestigious Munich based client who has luxury clientele in the travel, real estate and lifestyle sectors.

The employing company require an Account Manager who will be report to the Account Director.  Full job particulars are given below.

Candidates must be bilingual in English and German and hold European Union citizenship.

Salary And Benefits

  • €36000 – €42000 p.a.

Candidate Requirements

As an Account Manager:

  • Several years of appropriate experience in a similar role (luxury hospitality and travel industry)
  • Essential to be bilingual in English and German and hold European Union citizenship
  • Must have a full understanding of the required media and communication skills to create the required media coverage in all PR areas

  • Willing to undertake required travel

 

Job Description

Duties of the Account Manager to include but not limited to the following:

  • Take instructions directly from the Account Director
  • Assist in all areas to ensure smooth running of account(s) and campaigns to achieve maximum results for clients
  • Be in control of all media tools to create required coverage in all PR areas
  • Be proactive in seeking out new business opportunities and ensure these are followed up
  • Oversee less experienced personnel and provide necessary assistance
  • Develop a professional network
  • Plan, coordinate and organise press functions
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Oversee planning and pitching on client’s behalf
  • Write press releases, relevant blogs and newsletters on client’s behalf
  • Organise and attend meetings with media and industry partners without input from Account Director
  • Assist with production of client presentations and support team in delivery if required
  • Give input on creative strategy for clients and develop tailored PR plans and quarterly objectives
  • Instruct and assist interns in their training and development
  • Attend internal meetings, events and training sessions as required
