• $195,000 pa

The Role

• To establish, direct and lead a professional and strategic HR Services function across the business group, offering a full range of specialist and generalist services aligned to business objectives.
• To provide strategic business support to the CEO.
• Design, develop and execute a Strategic HR Infrastructure and function across the group.
• Ensure the development and delivery of HR Services strategies/processes/transactions that are aligned to Group policies
• Establish generalist HR Business Partners in each of the business units, and lead, motivate and develop professional HR Business Partners.
• Establish a Shared Services Centre with the purpose of improving the accuracy and speed of transactions and information delivery.
• Design and deliver effective Employee Attraction, Retention and Development strategies and processes to meet the needs of each business unit across the group.
• Champion and facilitate change management activities to ensure appropriate change is delivered and sustained to meet business needs.
• Contribute to Corporate strategies and programmes, to share best practices and business excellence to support business improvement.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of “best practice” initiatives in HR.

Requirements

• Relevant degree
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources
• Adaptable
• A leader, commanding respect
