A fantastic opportunity for a Private Assistant has become available in Sharjah, part of the United Arab Emirates.

The primary role is to support the CEO of a successful oil and gas company. The successful candidate will become a member of his private office.

Applicants must have experience working as a Private Assistant for senior-level personnel. Direct experience working for a CEO would be a distinct advantage.

Remuneration Package

  • AED 25000-30000 p/m tax free
  • Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview stage

 

The Role

A summary of the responsibilities as a Private Assistant include:

  • Provide personal support to the CEO in all family and household affairs
  • Managing properties and operations
  • Personal administrative support
  • Event management
  • Travel arrangements

Candidate Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Excellent secretarial skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • English speaking is essential, Arabic would be advantageous
  • Willingness to travel
