Skills Provision is searching for a Contracts Specialist to join a company in Doha, Qatar.

The employing company are a prominent airline within Qatar that are looking to expand into other areas and regions.

The Role

• Reporting to the Senior Manager Contracts, the successful candidate is required to draft, review, analyse and negotiate all routine contracts with suppliers and service providers while ensuring maximum benefit to the client with minimum exposure to risk. The candidate will also assist and support other departments in the interpretation and implementation of contracts.
• The candidate will manage the coordination and consolidation of comments from all role players and will facilitate the signature processes.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent tertiary qualification of at least three years duration.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in Contracts/Purchasing/Legal field preferably with an airline
• Good knowledge of contracts and contracts administration, preferably trained in Aviation specific courses e.g.: IATA Airline Contracts courses
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent skills in computer applications
• Fluent in English with excellent writing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to operate in a multi-cultural work environment
