Site Director Required in Ireland

Skills Provision is searching for a Site Director for a thriving linen business in Ireland.

The employing company support various industries throughout the country. They are looking for a suitably skilled Director to join their vibrant organisation.

Salary

€100,000 pa + bonus

The Role

Reporting to the CEO, responsibilities include:

• Manage and coordinate Operations, Maintenance, Logistics and close interaction with sales, service, finance, HR and QHSE
• Support shift leaders and staff to develop their skills and knowledge
• Monitor staff performance and attendance
• Adjust manpower plans to achieve targets
• Provide input and control over budgets and operations costs
• Implement costing control plans/measures
• Promote cooperation between all departments
• Communicate production requirements
• Carry out quality control checks and correct issues found
• Prepare and maintain operational reports
• Promote workplace safety and best practices

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the laundry/linen industry
• Technical background is essential
• Experience managing operational budgets
• Able to provide staff training and development
• Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
• Excellent decision making

• Production management
