The Role

  • A senior member of a results-focused performance improvement team reporting to corporate management. The team supports human resource services including employee relations, community, medical, safety and security, public and government relations.
  • Individuals will be responsible for assisting the organizations in achieving their long-term strategic plans and short-term performance targets. This will be accomplished through the application of strategy development and execution tools as well as process improvement techniques.
  • The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of working with executives to solve complex business issues, completing major change management projects, facilitating cross-organizational transfers of best practices, applying innovative solutions to difficult problems as well as designing communication strategies.
  • The position requires exceptionally dynamic interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex messages to diverse audiences at all organization levels.
  • Individuals must be comfortable working in a cross-cultural team environment.
  • Prefer broad experience in service industries.

This is a highly visible position with great personal accountability.

 

Requirements

  • A relevant Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience
  • English and Arabic speaking
  • An individual who commands respect
