Senior Front End Software Engineer Required, Bulgaria

A fast-growing tech company is currently searching for a Senior Front End Software Engineer to join them. The company’s primary industry is life science, including academia.

This role is located in Sofia, Bulgaria.

As the Senior Front-End Software Engineer you will be responsible for guiding two other mid-level developers, whilst remaining hands-on with daily coding using JavaScript. Please note testing experience is essential.

Salary

€52,000-€60,000 per annum

The Role

• Guiding a team of 2 Front End Developers
• Extracting Front End from current Ruby on Rails application
• Writing DRY code, using Test Driven Development
• Take ownership over the code quality of the team, carrying out reviews
• Carry out continual improvement

Applicant Requirements

Experienced in:

• JavaScript ES6
• Front end frameworks and libraries like (React, Svelte, Angular, Backbone)
• API-oriented service architecture using either a REST-ful or GraphQL API.
• CI/CD tools and automation
• Test-Driven Development using (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, Nightwatch, etc.)
• Source Control with Git and GitLab with various flows
