Salary and Benefits
US $3500 net per month.
US $500 per month expenses.
Work Permit.
Accommodation is provided.
Company car is available when required.
Role Overview
As a Maintenance Manager your duties will include:
Control production processes and associated machines.
Define priorities for action and allocate resources.
Evaluate materials, equipment, and services from suppliers and subcontractors.
Identify solutions to improve operations.
Carry out risk analysis.
Respect and enforce QHSE rules and regulations.
Integrate effective problem-solving methods.
Lead and manage the maintenance team.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience working in a sawmill or similar environment.
Diploma or training in industrial maintenance/electrical engineering.
Excellent command of the English language.
Able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
Adaptable and able to use initiative.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Natural leader.
Hard working attitude.
