Skills Provision is currently searching for a Maintenance Manager to oversee operations at a sawmill based in the Republic of Congo, Africa.

Salary and Benefits
Monthly Salary: US $3,500 net.
Monthly Expenses Allowance: US $500.
Work Permit provided.

Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of all maintenance operations within the sawmill.
Key duties include:
Managing production processes and machinery operations.
Setting priorities and allocating resources efficiently.
Assessing and selecting materials, equipment, and services from external suppliers and subcontractors.
Implementing improvements to optimise operational performance.
Conducting risk assessments.
Upholding and enforcing all QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.
Minimum of five years’ experience in a sawmill or similar industrial setting.
Diploma or equivalent qualification in industrial maintenance or electrical engineering.
Fluent in English, both written and oral.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Highly adaptable.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Committed, diligent, and results-oriented.
Hard working nature.
