This role involves directing and coordinating technical activities and processes, whilst working closely with dedicated supervisors.
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Supervise lumber production
Prioritise and manage resources
Work with external suppliers and contractors
Implement performance improvement solutions
Carry out Health & Safety audits, inspections and train workers were necessary.
Adopt a proactive approach to problem solving
Lead and manage the maintenance team
Requirements:
A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role
Hold relevant and recognised qualifications
English speaking – proficient level of writing
Strong managerial capabilities
Commands respect
A natural leader
Hard working and determined attitude
Able to physically carry out the role
