Sales Manager (HVAC) Needed in Europe

Skills Provision is searching for a Sales Manager to work in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) sector.

This role will initially cover Europe (West), with expansion expected.

The employing company manufacture innovative HVAC solutions that are growing in popularity.

The Role

• Plan and implement direct marketing and digital sales activities.
• Maintain and develop sales and expand current distribution to major European accounts.
• Keep and grow a computerised customer and prospect database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities (principally travel) to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
• In-person marketing to major accounts in the HVAC Distributor network.
• Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries by e-mail, telephone, and personal visits.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned sales team support.
• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
• Carry out market research and customer surveys.
• Attend company functions necessary to boost business and organisational
• Conduct engineer training presentations to secure specifications.
• Call on and educate building code officials on updated code requirements pertaining to company products.
• Reporting weekly to the US Headquarters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience.
• Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Flexibility for travel car/aeroplane (approx. 25%).
• Good computer literacy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Clear, concise reporting and writing skills.
• Good English language skills.
