Salary

£40,000 – £50,000 per annum depending on experience

The Role

Summary of key undertakings:

• Financial management throughout all stages of a project
• Produce monthly reports
• Manage and work with company suppliers
• Where required, modify/upgrade company contracts
• Involvement in Quality Control with a view to continual improvement
• Report directly to designated board members
• Carry out additional tasks as designated

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar subject
• Ideally hold RICS, CIOB, ICES
• 3 years experience working in a similar role
• Previously covered construction/building services
• Computer literate, to a moderate standard
• Experience on JCT form desirable
• Diligent approach
• Keen and enthusiastic
• Candid manner
