The Role
Secure financial delivery on selected projects
Control costs, provide monthly evaluations
Develop and maintain healthy relationships with clients, contractors, colleagues and site staff
Produce and maintain accurate reports and project documentation
Improve working processes and controls to improve efficiency and performance
Report directly to the Commercial Manager
Additional duties as directed or required
Requirements
Qualifications:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Qualified or working toward RICS, CIOB, ICES or similar
Experience and Knowledge:
3+ years of relevant experience (Building construction preferred)
Competent IT operator
Knowledge and experience with JCT form of contract or equivalent
