Skills Provision is searching for an Operations Administrator for a Transportation company working in South Africa.

The Role

The successful applicant will perform a variety of risk, financial and administrative tasks in order to ensure that various financial and risk deadlines are met. Additional duties include:

  • Accurate processing of wages.
  • Capturing of fuel.
  • Purchase order creation and order reporting.
  • Manage all stationery requirements.
  • SHE reporting information.

 

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in logistics management or equivalent would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
  • Computer literate
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dedicated, team player.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with stringent deadlines.
