Ensure operational compliance through regular weekly and monthly meetings in line with statements of work
Carry out audits of assigned contact centres, confirming that all standards are met and exceeded
Analyse the recruitment and hiring processes to ensure language proficiency requirements are met by working closely with the partner human resources department
Perform process confirmation for Customer Service Representatives and Support staff, through daily huddles and coaching sessions
Engage in regular focus group discussions with CSRs and Support staff and participate in call listening sessions to ensure adherence to company standards
Observe training classes to maintain the highest execution levels
Identify and provide solutions to escalated partner-related issues
Work towards continuous improvement, through collaboration with operations teams
Act as a brand champion and ambassador
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business management or a related field is desirable
Proven success in a managerial role with at least 2 years of experience
Good knowledge of the contact centre industry, including Customer Operations Performance Centre (COPC) standards, KPIs, and contractual practices
Strong working knowledge of customer care operational processes
Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to work physically at the assigned contact centre
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively
Full working proficiency in both English and Greek
Willingness to travel as needed
