Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational compliance through regular weekly and monthly meetings in line with statements of work
  • Carry out audits of assigned contact centres, confirming that all standards are met and exceeded
  • Analyse the recruitment and hiring processes to ensure language proficiency requirements are met by working closely with the partner human resources department
  • Perform process confirmation for Customer Service Representatives and Support staff, through daily huddles and coaching sessions
  • Engage in regular focus group discussions with CSRs and Support staff and participate in call listening sessions to ensure adherence to company standards
  • Observe training classes to maintain the highest execution levels
  • Identify and provide solutions to escalated partner-related issues
  • Work towards continuous improvement, through collaboration with operations teams
  • Act as a brand champion and ambassador


Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business management or a related field is desirable
  • Proven success in a managerial role with at least 2 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of the contact centre industry, including Customer Operations Performance Centre (COPC) standards, KPIs, and contractual practices
  • Strong working knowledge of customer care operational processes
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work physically at the assigned contact centre
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Full working proficiency in both English and Greek
  • Willingness to travel as needed
