Skills Provision is searching for a HGV Mechanic to join an established company in County Cork, Ireland.

€25 per hour, OTE €50,7000 per year.

The Role
HGV Mechanic duties and responsibilities include:
Planned preventative maintenance and repairs.
Use of diagnostic equipment.
Carry out 12-week checks.
Servicing of all vehicles.
Keep accurate records.
Ensure vehicle compliance.
Attend training courses as required.
Commitment to health and safety.
Travel between company sites.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Formal trade qualifications.
Experience on Volvo and Scania trucks would be preferred.
Hold a valid Category B (Car) Driving license. Category C would be welcomed.
Knowledge of auto-electrical/hydraulic systems would be advantageous.
Competent English language skills.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Effective problem solver.
Sound attention to detail.
Hard working nature.
