Skills Provision is in the process of recruiting a Senior Sales Manager for a multinational company head-quartered in Scotland. The client is a well established translations company seeking an individual to join their Romania based team. As the Sales Manager you will be playing a pivotal part in the running of global sales team. Additionally, as this role will be the most senior within the Romanian office, it will involve ‘hub’ responsibilities. International experience and a proven track record in English speaking sales management is essential. This position is only open to holders of a European Union passport.

Job Overview

Job Responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility for hiring sales staff when needed.
  • Managing appropriate training for new team members.
  • Have clear leadership skills, motivating and encouraging team members.
  • Overseeing and taking ownership in delivering company initiatives.
  • Predicting and forecasting sales delivery for the Senior Management team.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning, marketing and when utilising company resources.
  • Most senior role in the office.
  • Senior Management teams eyes and ears, providing feedback.
  • Act as the the main communication channel between Senior Management team and the hub.

Experience and Qualifications Needed:

  • University Degree (BA/MA or Equivalent): 2:1 or above.
  • Experience in Strategic Account Management.
  • Clear record of successful customer engagement.
  • Well established sales skills, embedded through a sales education programme.
  • Experience in leading a remote based inside sales team.
  • Valuable experience in International Markets- European markets especially.
  • Strong leaderships skills to motivate and develop your team.
  • Fluent English Speaker.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in the Language Services Industry.
  • Exposure and experience within e-commerce or market research industries.

The Package:

  • £30,000 to £40,000 per year.
  • Additional performance related pay available.
  • 24 days paid annual leave (plus public holidays).
