Electrical Design Engineer Needed in Northern Ireland

Skills Provision is searching for an Electrical Design Engineer for a prominent services company in Northern Ireland.

£40,000 – £45,000 per annum

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30-16:30
• Friday: 07:30-12:30
• Overtime is 1.5 x normal rate (payable after 41.5 hours)

The Role

• Create, design, and test electrical schematics
• Evaluate current electrical systems and products
• Analyse systems and components through testing
• Develop electrical products for customers based on requirements and needs
• Ensure quality of the products, through final product testing
• Prepare product reports, analysing the information, summarise for stakeholders
• Follow and adhere with ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Follow all company procedures e.g. Health and Safety

Requirements

Education:

HND or Equivalent in Electronics/Electrical Engineer

Experience and Competencies:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experienced in AutoCad, Solidworks and EPLAN
• Strong technical drawing skills
• Must be able to draft to draft electrical documents
• Able to follow quality regulations and guidelines
• A team player
• Versatile and adaptable
• Valid driving UK driving license/International driving permit- If needed conversion assistance will be given

Additional:
