Development Manager Required in Romania

The Role

The Development Manager may have come from a strong technical background where they will have worked in highly technical teams but will have moved into a managerial role in recent years.

Although not a hands-on role you will be expected to have a high-level understanding of a wide range of technologies and languages. An appreciation of emerging technologies and areas such as Cloud focused development would be highly beneficial as would an understanding of project management methodologies.

• Strong technical background
• Relevant industry qualifications
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business and an ability to build relationships.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• An ability to prioritise and assess the impact of delivering development requests.
• Budgetary experience.
• Fluent in Romanian and English
• Willing to travel overseas
