The Role

• Prepare suitable dishes
• Support the Head and Sous Chef with menu development
• Prepare fresh meat and fish
• Follow all policy guidelines
• Carry out specific tasks as and when directed

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience
• Comfortable working with fresh produce
• Passion for food
• Hard-working attitude
• Team player
• Flexible to variable working patterns
• Class B Driving License (United Kingdom)
