The Role

• Reporting to the Sales Manager HVAC, the Assistant Sales Manager will manage sales of heating ventilation and air conditioning systems to high-end villa customers along with the outdoor sales.
• Manages the sales of heating ventilation and air conditioning systems to the high-end customers through direct sales and through partner consultants.
• Manages the day-to-day sales activity of the sales team.
• Builds good relationships with clients.
• Prepare and assume full responsibility for all the offers, commitments and promises made by him to clients/consultants, etc. Ensure superiors back up to commitments and promises to customers.
• Prepare and update sales forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Any other activities that the management may require to facilitate or improve order intake, shipment, visibility or standing of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
• Team player and result oriented.
• Ability to coach and train a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
