  • £35,000 p.a


The Role

  • Liaise with customers via telephone and correspondence, to collect outstanding arrears on accounts
  • Negotiate mutually agreed repayment plans with customers in financial difficulties
  • Liaising both internally and externally with 3rd parties to resolve account disputes, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner
  • Participate in the development of collections strategy and policy by providing feedback on issues identified through day-to-day account management



  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Strong customer focus
  • Strong team player who works well under pressure
  • Organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and enthusiasm
  • Skilled communicator
  • PC Literate
