I worked for nearly 5 years from 2013 to 2018 with MTRC in Hong Kong giving a great insight into how their business model works which relies heavily on coordination between disciplines. I came back to the UK to work for EDF at HPC supervising the tunnelling works. The contractor started badly and I left EDF and joined Balfour Beatty with agreement from EDF to bring some much needed direction and focus to their management.
