I am a very driven person and always willing to learn and strive to get better. I am currently working at a job where I talk to people all day and those people are usually emotional as it is most likely about an issue that needs solving. Those people are either in distress or angry. This has allowed me to gain a very high level of empathy to be able to handle those emotions and provide solutions. I think this is an essential skill to have when working with kids as it allows me to understand them at an emotional level and determine their needs. I believe that I am great with kids and will be able to provide a caring, nurturing environment which all children deserve in order to grow into awesome people.
