I am a talented Quantity surveyor with creative altitude. In the pat position of assistant Quantity surveyor, I faced a challenge of rising of material cost due to unpredictable market fluctuations. To solve this firstly ,I developed robust cost management strategies. Secondly, I maintained relationship with subcontractors. Thirdly, I provided education to client on the source of contract variations.

I am a talented Tanzanian Quantity surveyor based in Dar es salaam with more than 3 years of experience. I am looking for a position to work as an assistant Quantity surveyor or Quantity surveyor in developed countries like as their construction industry has well advanced technology compare to Tanzania. I am a talented Quantity surveyor from very poor background requiring visa sponsorship.

I do believe that apart from my poor background, but I have all knowledge, skills and experience enough to work in the field of Quantity surveying in developed countries like UK.
